As in all (beautiful) love stories we get to know each other and after getting engaged on September 7, 2013 we organize a UNION ceremony at the Hollywood disco in Bardolino (VR) where we formalize our relationship in front of relatives and friends.

On February 19, 2014 we fly to New York where we get married at the City Clerk in Manhattan.

We have always cradled a common dream, a life project together... leave everything and start over from scratch... or rather, start over with us and create something of our own together.
So we set out to find the place that would have seen the birth and development of our project and after evaluating the most disparate locations we decide to leave our job after so many years spent in the hospital and in the office, our mountains and our loved ones and we we move to Lizzano, a small town in the Salento countryside a few steps from a crystalline sea that has nothing to envy to the Caribbean resorts.
On 5 October 2015 we closed our house in Bolzano and moved permanently to Salento where we bought a small estate with pine forest, manor house and olive grove.
We immediately begin to roll up our sleeves and work on our project which slowly turns into reality... our Sogno Salentino, not without hardships and difficulties, has come true by combining Salento tradition and taste with South Tyrolean sobriety and elegance.
